Who Are Snuggle?

Snuggle Staffing is a family-run chef agency that specialises in supporting care homes across Yorkshire. We have a combined 20 years of experience both supplying and and working in over 150 different care homes.

Chef / Director

Gail Bellerby

Gail is both one of the best care home chefs in the region and a care home catering expert. Her 15 years of experience has seen her support numerous homes to achieve 5* whilst getting a fantastic understanding of how different care groups operate.

Consultant / Director

Ollie Bellerby

Ollie has 8 years of recruitment experience with one of the largest staffing agencies in the UK. In the last 4 years, he specialised in care home catering becoming the largest provider of relief care chefs in the Yorkshire area.

Who is Snuggle for?

Snuggle Staffing has been created for the thousands of homes that should not have to rely on a generic service.

It's for those that receive chefs that can't prepare diets correctly and take no pride in presentation. Those who have legal paperwork left incomplete and chefs walk out leaving vulnerable people without a proper meal. It's even for those who have nobody to contact for out of hours emergencies.

We truly believe the kitchen is the spine of every home... and if you had a bad back, you wouldn't go to the supermarket !

Same Day Emergency Response

We believe any agency that claims to be of service to care homes, needs to provide support on the days you need it most.

Snuggle Staffing are committed to providing an improved same day service that will increase fulfilment on same day emergencies. We'll be doing all we can, at no extra fee, to ensure you have access to the best chefs on the market no matter what time you call

Care Home Specialists Only

Snuggle Staffing only work with care homes so you don't need to worry about dietary requirements being catered for.

As part of our commitment to only supplying industry specialists, all chefs will undergo an in house IDDSI Assessment when they onboard to give you piece of mind.

Quality, Compliance & Communication

Snuggle Staffing understands care home catering. As part of our commitment to improving service quality, we will be providing handover cards to homes in addition to agency sheets, where our chefs will complete their own due diligence records to improve accountability.

In addition to this we'll be using a candidate and client portal to simplify the process and also provide chefs with up to date information about your homes
